1. General

Welcome to Felis Pilates Studio. Use of this website and studio services is subject to the terms outlined below. By using the site or booking a class, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Class reservations require advance payment or an active package. Cancellation up to 10 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellation less than 10 hours before class will be charged in full. No refunds for single classes, packages, or merchandise.

3. Packages & Payments

Packages are personal and non-transferable. Each package is valid for the number of days specified, starting from the purchase date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Liability

Participation in classes is at your own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any new exercise program. The studio is not liable for injuries sustained during workouts.

5. Changes to Terms

The studio reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
