Directions

Our studio is in Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. It is a boutique apparatus Pilates studio — with professional Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair equipment — not a shared gym floor. Groups are kept small on purpose, so instructors can see and correct every participant.

Opening Hours

These are the studio's opening hours. Individual classes run at set times within that window — the up-to-date weekly schedule, including available spots, is on the booking page.

Booking a Class

You can book a single class on the site and pay by card, or buy a class package that lowers the per-class price and is valid for every class type — Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. First-timers are welcome in regular classes; instructors adapt the work to your level.
